Originally from Delaware, Captain Taylor grew up fishing the waters of Delaware Bay and coastal Atlantic. His long list of professional fishing jobs includes owning a charter fishing operation in his home state of Delaware, fishing commercially for salmon in Cooke Inlet, Alaska, and running charters in the Carolinas and Key West. He was a member of the IRBA Charter Boat of the Year, for two consecutive years. He earned his one hundred ton Coast Guard Masters Captains license more than twenty years ago. As a graduate of the University of Delaware, he is a proud Blue Hen. In addition to fishing all over the globe in places like Hawaii, Costa Rica, and at Mexican resorts, he has scored prizes in a number of world-class tourneys, including the White Marlin Open, the Ocean City Shark fishing Tournament, the Ocean City Tuna Tourney, and the Key West Texaco Classic Competition.
